Call for Submissions for Visions & Revisions Submission Deadline for the Conference newsletter:
August 30, 2017
We accept articles, prose, poetry, and more. Please see the guidelines for manuscript submissions below.
Visions & Revisions accepts unsolicited article submissions of up to 1000 words. Articles accepted for publication should not have been published elsewhere. Turn-around for acceptance or rejection of each article takes, typically, between four to six weeks. All submissions are peer-reviewed. As you prepare your article, please remember that this is a newsletter article and should be written accordingly. We suggest you peruse back issues, available below, to become familiar with the type of articles published in Visions & Revisions. Some topics to consider as you prepare your manuscript:
Visions & Revisions actively seeks prose or poetry submissions from students, teachers, educators, and writers for its Musings section. Please limit prose pieces to 1000 words or less.
Space permitting, Visions & Revisions will publish announcements for professional development institutions, conferences, research projects, calls for manuscripts, and more. Please contact the co-editors if you have a notice you would like to publish in the newsletter.
Because Visions & Revisions is not a print publication, photographs, graphs, tables, etc. are permissible. Please include a short (no more than 50 words) biography for each author. All submissions should be formatted in Microsoft Word and submitted electronically to Anna Dufur at [email protected].
